Giveaway Terms & Conditions

de Savary London Tiktok Giveaway

1. Eligibility 

  • This competition is open to individuals aged 16 or over.

  • Employees of de Savary London, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the giveaway are not eligible to enter.

  • The competition is open internationally.

2. Give Away Period
The Giveaway is open from 11th February 2025 and ends on 16th February 2025 at midnight GMT (the "Giveaway Period"). Entries received outside the Giveaway Period will not be considered.

3. How To Enter
To enter the Giveaway, participants must:

  • Follow @desavarylondon on TikTok.
  • Like & comment on the competition video post.
  • Repost the competition video.

4. Winner Selection
One winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The drawing will be conducted on 17th February 2025 by de Savary London.

5. Prize
The winner will receive one Burgundy colour outerwear piece of their choice.

6. Winner Notification
The winner will be notified via DM within 2 days of the drawing. The winner must respond within 4 working days to claim their prize. If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond, or does not comply with these Terms, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.

7. General Conditions
de Savary London reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Giveaway, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond de Savary London's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, as determined by de Savary London in its sole discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability
By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless de Savary London directors, employees, and partnering agencies from any and all liability, loss, or damage resulting from your participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

Personal information collected from participants will be used in accordance with de Savary London's privacy policy, available at https://www.desavarylondon.com/pages/privacy-policy.
